These salt rocks, located beneath Anatolia today, have remained undisturbed for millions of years, preserving their purity and naturalness.

Formed by hot water rising through fault lines and dissolving ancient salt rocks, it absorbs valuable minerals from Anatolia’s rich soils. We rely solely on nature to produce our salt. The water, drawn from deep within the earth, is left in hygienic pools where it crystallizes under the sun. Once crystallized, we hand-harvest the salt, dry it under the sun, and package it without additives—bringing this miraculous salt to your table.

Our thermal water rises from a depth of 1.3 km, flowing through 1 km of salt rocks and 300 meters of mineral-rich Anatolian soil, resulting in a salinity rate of 28.4%. This process ensures the salt is naturally rich in minerals.

We maintain the salt’s natural purity by avoiding washing, bleaching, or adding harmful additives. The salt crystallizes naturally in the sun and does not require any anti-clumping agents.
